After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address indicated in the form. Subsequently, you must proceed with the return of the products according to the methods provided by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or indicated by PELLEGRINI.

The direct costs for returning the product, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the user as provided by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
